Level 1
LEVEL 1: BLUE No confirmed cases of COVID-19 among staff or students. COVID-19 Safety protocols and healthy environments in place.
Level 2
LEVEL 2: Green Minimal confirmed cases in a classroom or across a campus. Persons who had close and personal contact advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. Affected area of the campus closed off for deep cleaning and disinfecting. Communications sent out to all stakeholders
Level 3
LEVEL 3: Orange Classroom A moderate number of confirmed cases in a classroom (over 10%) Evidence of community spread within the classroom Students and staff move to virtual learning for one to a maximum of five days. (Maximum time allowable per TEA) Deep cleaning of classroom space Communication to all stakeholders Campus Moderate number of confirmed cases on a campus/facility (over 5%) Evidence of community spread within campus/facility Students and staff move to virtual learning for one to a maximum of five days. (Maximum time allowable per TEA) Deep cleaning of campus/facility Activities canceled Communication to all stakeholderss
Level 4
LEVEL 4: Red Substantial transmission of COVID across multiple campuses. Community spread across FISD confirmed by the Health Department. All facilities closed for a maximum period of 5 days. (Maximum time allowed per TEA) Students and Staff move to virtual operations. Deep cleaning of all facilities. All activities canceled. Communications to all stakeholders.
