2 Minutes – Left Outer Forward (LOF)
2 Minutes – Right Outer Forward (ROF)
2 Minutes – Left Outer Back (LOB)
2 Minutes – Right Outer Back (ROB)
45 Minutes – Go on an outdoor skate forward and backwards pressing these edges. You will be skating all over the place. It's fun weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Next week we will learn the Inner edges!

Tips to make class go smoothly:

  •   You need the internet to view the videos! Watch the video prior to gearing up and if needed print out or screen shots the drills. Doing this class prep work will help you stay on track if you run into internet connection problems during the class.
  • All of the drills are 1st explained and demoed for about 30 to 60 seconds and then the trainer will prompt you to press pause and practice the drill over and over and over again for 5-10 minutes. When your time is up you will come back and hit play to move on to the next drill.
  • Each drill will build on the next one. So make sure you have mastered each drill before you move on.
  • If you need to spend more than 5 to 10 minutes on a drill, stay on that drill as long as it takes to get it down. This learning program is very similar to learning math. If you miss one part, the rest of the class is going to be a struggle.
  • Take your time on each drill, and remember to video yourself and contact your trainer if you are stuck. We can get you unstuck if we can see the hang up.
